"ah-na-tot", an ancient biblical word meaning 'hope' and 'new beginnings'.
Made from a simple combination of fruit and sugar; these additive free jams are

The reason Anathoth Jams have

of fruit and sugar - yum! Premium fruit is sourced from the orchard and taken

Founded
in 1987, Anathoth Jam started out as a tiny cottage industry by a family who bought
a run down raspberry farm they named Anathoth. Armed with a lot of 'hope' for
a 'new beginning', they took their raspberry jam, homemade from the berries picked
off their own vines and tried their luck at the local markets.
Their
jam was an instant hit and the family garage was soon transformed into an extra
kitchen and before long Anathoth Jam was launched in the local supermarkets. Its
unique homemade flavour has become a hit with consumers of all ages.
Anathoth's
Jam range features their flagship Raspberry Jam - the #1 Jam in New Zealand (according
to Aztec "Grocery Scan Data" TKA), dollar sales to July 08 - once tasted
never forgotten. Apricot Jam - a flavour packed traditional jam made from the
sweetest and most succulent apricots, Boysenberry Jam - made from juicy, plump
boysenberries and described as perfection in a jam and Breakfast Marmalade a unique
old fashioned taste to delight the whole family.
