A NIGHT OF HORROR INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL The fifth annual A Night of Horror International Film Festival has announced its line up for 2011. Over 400 entries from across the globe have been narrowed down to produce a stellar program of the best and bloodiest horror films from Australia and the world. The opening night will see the Festival kick off with a bang thanks to the sneak-peek screening of the highly anticipated Australian film, THE TUNNEL. Followed by the Australian premiere of the film WOUND by renowned director David Blyth. Throughout the week, horror fans will be treated to three international premieres including THE AFFLICTED, MIDNIGHT SON and the world premiere of #12. Along with a number of Australian premieres including DEAD HOOKER IN A TRUNK, DESCENDENTS, BLOOD JUNKIE, THE LAST LOVECRAFT: RELIC OF CTHULHU, WILDERNESS, ABSENTIA and the Festival's first 3D film, HYBRID 3D. The Festival began as a one night event and has since grown in popularity to span nine days, it now includes 15 feature films, over 70 shorts and music videos, a screenwriting/filmmaking forum and a screenplay competition.
