CHRIS LILLEY DOES ZOO WEEKLY
Comic genius Chris Lilley can now add 'male model' to
his repertoire as the first ever bloke to grace the cover of Zoo Weekly
magazine. Lilley posed alongside two bikini-clad babes for the June
13th issue of Zoo, dressed as his Angry Boys character, 'Daniel.' "Daniel
would be proud to be in Zoo", Chris muses of the hilarious 'bogan'
character in the series. In the series, Daniel and his twin brother
Nathan lust over Zoo glamour models like Emily Chase and have their
posters plastered over the wall above their beds. If only Daniel could
see himself on the cover. He'd be pretty f**kin' stoked!
GOODBYE OPRAH - THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES!
She's the richest woman in America, first African-American talk show
host; she's a brand, an icon - she doesn't even need a surname! Oprah
Winfrey's farewell show has aired to end her 25 years as undisputed
queen of television. Oprah invited superstar guests including Aretha
Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Beyonce and Madonna to share her final moments
in front of the camera. . It seems Oprah didn't mind a bit of couch
jumping when it came to her final show. Tom Cruise was also there and
he sat by her side and hugged her as she watched Beyonce deliver a mind-blowing
stage performance in her honour. A tearful Oprah thanked fans by saying,
"you have taken me to a place that is beyond joyous." No,
it is you who has done that for us, Queen O!
ARNIE TRIED TO BE A TIGER
It has been revealed that scandalous actor and former
'governator', Arnold Schwarzenegger tried to beg Maria Shriver to let
him go to rehab for sex addiction after she discovered the secret love
child he had with the couple's housekeeper. Ms Shriver wouldn't have
a bar of it though and allegedly yelled, "Who the f*ck do you think
you are? Tiger Woods?" at her desperate ex husband. In fact, Arnie
probably makes Tiger look like the 'Diet Coke' of cheaters as Tiger
always managed to cover himself (er-by using protection), while the
former California governor seemed to forget that crucial part and landed
himself with another 'mini me.' The only person to gain from this messed
up situation is Tiger Woods who is probably laughing a Dr Evil-style
laugh surrounded by bikini babes on a yacht somewhere, because he can
now go under the radar.
JUSTIN BIEBER - THE FRAGRANCE
He's desired by teen girls the world over and now they
can all take home a bit of Justin
well at least they can smell
like him. The Biebz has just released his first fragrance, 'Someday'
in the US and it's already a top-seller. However, his fragrance isn't
a hit with everyone - the bottle for his scent has landed him in trouble
with fashion designer Marc Jacobs because it looks strikingly similar
to that of Marc's fragrance, Lola. Jacobs considered suing the pop singer
but decided not to after Camp Bieber said they had never seen a bottle
of Marc's fragrance and the resemblance was purely coincidental. 'Someday'
promises to make Biebz a small fortune in the celebrity fragrance market.
He will probably be able to retire on those earnings alone!
PARIS REGRETS SEX TAPE
Our favourite bubble-headed bleached blonde, Paris Hilton,
has finally admitted she is embarrassed and not proud of her sex tape.
One Night In Paris, the sex tape she made with ex Rick Soloman when
she was 20, was arguably what made her a star in the first place but
the heiress now says she wishes it never happened. "People assume,
'Oh shes a slut', because of one thing that happened to me and it's
hard because I'll have to live with that for the rest of my life and
explain it to my children", she told CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight.
Paris' mum, Kathy Hilton, told the show that her daughter suffered from
depression and did not leave the house for three months after the tape
was released. The party girl is keen to clean up her image after turning
30 and now wants to be taken seriously. We just hope she has finally
grown up!
CAMPBELL VS CADBURY
A furious Naomi Campbell is suing Cadbury over its reference
to her in a UK billboard ad for their new chocolate bar, Bliss. The
ad reads 'Move over Naomi, there's a new diva in town' alongside a picture
of an opened chocolate bar. The model was angered at the underlying
comparison of her as a black woman with a chocolate bar - and rightly
so. The company said it did not realise the advertisement had racist
undertones. Funnily enough the model didn't complain about being called
a diva though!
GWYN'S A TWIT NOW
It seems 'Goop' is not satisfying Gwyneth Paltrow's passion
for going online. The actress who has worked on her lifestyle website
'Goop' for several years has now caved into pressure to join Twitter.
The actress hasn't posted any sexy snaps ala Blake Lively yet, but we
can all be thoroughly envious of (or amused by) photos of her dressed
to the nines whilst cooking tofu burgers on her massive outdoor BBQ
setting. Gwyn is also said to have caved to joining Facebook although
we can't all be friends with the star on that. Damn!
BRUCE'S BODY CONFIDENCE
Action star and former Mr Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, has
hit back at cruel jibes about his baldness. The handsome actor who has
starred in cult films like Pulp Fiction and Die Hard has hit back saying
he's happy with how he is, thankyou very much. He is among a growing
list of actors who still have the 'sex factor' despite being follically-challenged,
including Billy Zane, Vin Deasil and now Jude Law. "I will kick
anyone's ass who tries to tell me that I'm not a man because my hair
is thinning," snaps Bruce. Despite his lack of luscious locks,
the star is clearly all man. 110 per cent. You tell em' Bruce.
COURTNEY LOVE SLAMS GAGA
Courtney Love is back to one of the things she doesn't
do best - insulting other celebrities on Twitter. This time, on the
receiving end of her rants is singing superstar Lady Gaga who is not
known for loving the 'natural look' when it comes to makeup. "She's
going to end up as an old drag queen if she's not careful," snaps
Courtney on Twitter. Gaga is known for her outrageous fashion sense,
but the ridiculous 'Gaga is a man' rumour has long been buried. Gaga'
style is also so imitated by young women everywhere, she has cemented
herself as a fashion icon as well as having her own range for cult cosmetic
brand MAC. Oh and also - pot - kettle - black, Courtney?
