Nespresso Launches Two Ltd Edition Coffees
Nespresso has taken inspiration from the diverse coffee cultures of two contrasting Italian cities to create two new Limited Edition Grands Crus, Tribute to Milano and Tribute to Palermo.
Nespresso continues to pay homage to Italian coffee rituals by showcasing the bustling cosmopolitan city of Milan and the laidback sunny town of Palermo. This launch is inspired by the unquestionable influence Italy has on coffee culture in Australia.
Nespresso Tribute to Milano Limited Edition
The Nespresso Tribute to Milano Limited Edition is a reflection of the rich history and cultural experience that the city of Milan offers. In the hustle and bustle of the affluent Northern Italian city, coffee is usually enjoyed at a fast pace whilst standing at the bar.
To honour this, Nespresso Coffee Experts have created a delicate blend of Arabica and Robusta beans that results in a delightful balance between fine fruity aromas and sweet cereal notes. The Tribute to Milano Limited Edition Grand Cru has an intensity of 9 and can either be enjoyed as a ristretto (25ml) or with milk in a Latte for a creamier taste with caramel aromas.
Nespresso Tribute to Palermo Limited Edition
Rustic and homely, Palermo is a vibrant historical city in the South of Italy. Coffee has a special place in the heart of the people of Palermo who, somewhat surprisingly, prefer a much stronger Robusta coffee than their Northern counterparts.
The new Limited Edition Tribute to Palermo Grand Cru beautifully marries this love for intense tastes with spicy aromas, mirroring the scents of the Sicilian outdoor market. The result is a powerful blend of Arabica and Robusta beans intensely roasted to bring out aromas of cacao and peppery notes. Tribute to Palermo has an intensity of 11 and is best enjoyed as the locals do – as a ristretto (25ml).
