Securing it’s position among Sydney’s elite NYE soirees, Falcona has again teamed up with Cargo to present the hottest ticket in town, New Years Eve “On The Harbour” 2013.
Returning for their first headline show in over a year, the unfairly talented trio, Art vs. Science are back for one night only. With a new record up their sleeve, the ARIA-award winning three-piece bring their raucous energy and undeniable sense of fun to the well appointed Cargo stage. With two spots in triple j’s Hottest 100, don’t miss Art vs. Science bringing in the new year with crowd faves, Parlez-vous Francias and Magic Fountain.
Sydney wonder producer/DJ, Alison Wonderland jumps back behind the decks after a slew of sold out shows on her recent national tour. The purveyor or partying has performed DJ sets at the official Grammy’s After Party and the Brit Awards After Party, as well as winning high fives from the most discerning dancefloor enthusiasts at her recent hyped Splendour In The Grass set.
Having shared stages with the likes of PNAU and Crystal Castles and just returning from their third US tour, Gold Fields make the best party pals. Their debut album, ‘Black Sun’ was released to glowing reviews, a triple j ‘album of the week’ and a SOLD OUT national tour. With two drum kits and enough percussion to fill a dancefloor, Gold Fields will do a mighty fine job at bringing in 2014.
Needing little introduction, Modular records poster boys, Van She bridge the musical gap between boldy adventurous showgaze and danceable glint disco. Recently returning to Australian soil and on the brink of unleashing some new tunes, Bag Raiders are set to deliver a dynamic DJ set, the perfect accompaniment to fireworks over the water.
Joined by the likes of Blue Mountains duo, Fishing who recently accompanied Alison Wonderland live on stage at Splendour in the Grass, NYE “On The Harbour” is set to be your best new years yet.
