Royal Stacks legendary burgers
The wait is almost over for Sydneysiders as the wildly popular Royal Stacks announces its first NSW venue since taking Melbourne by storm in January 2016. Creator Dani Zeini’s humble burger beginnings started in suburban Melbourne at the family-run Dandenong Pavilion. Dani has gone on to launch Royal Stacks: a series of premium outlets focused on fresh, quality fast food in a supermodern, fun environment, often named one of the best burger joints in Melbourne.
Opening Wednesday 31 August, in Westfield Chatswood, Royal Stacks is not your standard fast-food venue. Offering a premium dining experience, the burger joint will boast a state-of-the-art fit-out and an exciting menu that will use locally sourced produce from NSW.
The all-Aussie beef is free from GMO, hormones and antibiotics, supplied by Vic’s Meats. The menu shines with a superior burger list, from the classic Single Stack, with a beef patty, tomato, butter lettuce, American cheddar, special burger sauce and pickles, to the Prince Harry with a horseradish, shallot and gherkin mayo sauce, the Miss Elizabeth with truffle mayo, and The King which contains the legendary mac’n’cheese croquettes.
All the bread is baked fresh daily and is free of additives. The expansion into the Sydney market will follow Dani’s ethos of providing a truly local venue featuring unique additions to the menu for this store. The US fast-food theme won’t stop at burgers either, with frozen custard, waffles and potato gems just a few of the delicious extras.
“I’ve been obsessed with US burger culture for several years. Bringing this kind of culture to Australia but focusing on ethically and locally sourced ingredients is something I’ve always been excited about,” says owner Dani Zeini. “I’m very excited to open in Sydney and the opportunity for people to enjoy our burgers.”
The delicious frozen custard flavours include Ferrero Rocher, Nutella swirl, cookie dough and other weird and wonderful creations by Mark Mariotti of 7 Apples. The Chatswood opening follows a string of successful openings by Dani in Victoria, including Dandenong Pavilion, Grand Trailer Park Taverna, Truck Stop Deluxe, Easey’s, Motorhome Majestic and two Royal Stacks venues.
