After two successful years,
Australia's favourite restaurant show, the internationally renowned festival,
Taste, will return to Sydney from 10 to 13th March 2011. Set in the idyllic surrounds
of the Centennial Parklands, Taste of Sydney will feature even more restaurants
and chefs over a larger space making it the ultimate alfresco dining experience.
Some of Sydney's finest restaurants will be debuting at this year's festival
including Manu Feildel's L'Etoile and Tony Bilson's eponymous Bilson's, as well
as Italian favourite Otto Ristorante, just three of the new restaurants and chefs
taking part in 2011. Other Taste of Sydney favourites returning include Assiette,
Berowra Waters Inn, Restaurant Balzac, Flying Fish, Danks Street Depot, Bird Cow
Fish, Becasse, Ormeggio at the Spit and Four in Hand with more to be announced
soon.
Attendees can sample over 50 mouth-watering signature dishes over
the four days of the festival designed and prepared by the executive chef from
each restaurant and will also dish out invaluable culinary advice in event favourite,
the Australian Gourmet Traveller Taste Kitchen.
Other events returning
this year include the Taste Wine with Gourmet Traveller Wine Theatre where Nick
Stock along with other wine experts, top sommeliers and producers will educate
visitors and offer wine and food matching tips. Visitors can also take a leisurely
stroll through the Producers Market to sample and purchase stunning local produce
from over 100 top end boutique food and drink suppliers.
Presenting rights

VIP's. It will feature live entertainment with various premium food and drink
