What the national
critics are saying...
"... it's a thing that's hard not to
grin through... Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to the '90s. Who knew we'd
enjoy them?... THE WACKNESS is indeed the dopeness." Luke Goodsell, EMPIRE
"Just like JUNO and LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE, this indie flick is gold..."
OK MAGAZINE
13/15 "...gently humorous and beautifully moving...
These characters may lead messy lives, but they make for great company."
Annette Basile, FILMINK
"a satirical comedy about life, love
and the pursuit of happiness, with a terrific soundtrack from the era."
Paul Byrnes, SYDNEY MORNING HERALD
½ "Infused with the hip-hop
tunes that defined that period in New York and a wry, downbeat humour, Levine
captures that moment on the cusp of adulthood of first love, heartbreak and imminent
change." WEST AUSTRALIAN
'The Wackness' is out now.
