Flow After Dark Bush Fire Fundraiser
Flow Athletic will be hosting a very special Flow After Dark silent yoga disco at the Ivy Ballroom on January 29th, 2020.
ALL proceeds from the event will be going to the Australian Red Cross Society and to the Batlow and South Coast communities who have been hit the hardest by the bushfire crisis.

The Flow After Dark silent yoga discos took Australia by storm, selling out over 14 events nationally between 2016-2018.
