Delta Therapy Dogs is bringing dogs to Martin Place and your workplace!
Often in the workplace or at university, employees and students can be faced with stress, conflict and pressure, which can lead to anxiety, lack of productivity and even team conflict.
However, with the Paws for Pressure initiative from Delta Society Australia’s Delta Therapy Dogs Program, you can brighten up your day whether at work or at uni.
To kick off this initiative, Paws for Pressure has given everyone the opportunity to take a break, reduce stress levels and boost morale by visiting Martin Place on Friday 8th July where you can hug and spend quality time with up to 10 of Delta Society’s therapy dogs. What better way to spend a Friday?
Research has shown that the human-animal bond not only improves quality of life but also benefits overall mental, physical and emotional health, and in particular lowers blood pressure and stress levels.
With the Paws for Pressure initiative, Delta Society’s therapy dogs are on hand to support employee and student wellbeing, stress reduction and morale boosting and best of all – there’s no mess to clean up after!
