Indulge in a five course degustation menu created by the talented Chef Joel Bickford, with complementing Chivas Whiskies, perfectly matched to each dishes flavours and intricacies.
Guests will unwind in the Gantry’s iconic harbour side location, whilst Chivas Regal National Brand Ambassador, Rachel MacDonald, will discuss the history of the drams and what gives each of the whiskies their unique character.
The five course degustation menu and matching five Chivas Whiskies will include:
• smoked egg – crab – pumpkin – shiso, paired with Aged Bobby Burns cocktail
• oxtail – shitake – edamame – fresh cheese, paired with Aberlour 16 neat
• lamb – wild garlic – legumes – parsley root, paired with Glenlivet 18 neat
• duck – malt – onion – mead, paired with Chivas 18 neat
• kumquat – bitters – bay, paired with Extra Sour cocktail
