The Star will tantalise your tastebuds with Truffle Month available throughout July at BLACK by ezard, Osteria Balla Manfredi, Sokyo and Pizzaperta. Sniff out decadent signature dishes that are guaranteed to put the ‘fun’ in fungi. The Star’s top chefs will celebrate this July by showcasing the rare delicacy in exquisite style through delicious degustation menus at Sokyo, BLACK by ezard and Osteria Balla Manfredi. The chefs at BLACK by ezard will be serving crème brulée, made with white chocolate, raisins and truffle ice-cream. Sokyo is dishing up wild mushroom and asparagus toban with yuzu and grated truffles, while Osteria Ball Manfredi is plating up black truffle risotto with butter and Reggiano. Pizzaperta will also be serving their black truffle and fontina cheese pizza from 5pm Tuesday through Sunday – until sold out! No need to forage at The Star, there’s truffles a plenty on offer!
