Penelope’s Bottomless Brunch Party: Sydney’s New Boujee Brunch with Caviar Upgrades

The all-new brunch party will be flowing with bottomless drinks, a vibrant spread that will feed the whole table, and caviar upgrades for those who like the finer things in life – or just want to add a burst of decadence to their weekend.
With two bottomless packages to choose from – $88 per person for 90 minutes or $98 for 120 minutes, Penelope’s brunch offers an elevated day-drinking experience complete with their signature touch. For brunchers looking to splash out on the day, tempting add-ons include a Veuve package starting from $65 or caviar upgrades for $20 on all dishes for that extra boujee twist. Penelope’s is proud to partner with Yarra Valley Caviar, an all-Australian brand that complements the restaurant’s Australian dining theme.
Set within the Quay Quarter tower with sweeping views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Penelope’s brunch will be a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience that’s fit for both special celebrations and your casual Saturday out.
The bottomless drinks menu features a bunch of refreshing tipples, starting with an ever-changing house-infused seasonal bellini (starting with a refreshing passion fruit infusion), alongside a curated selection of Australian wines, beers, housemade sodas, and non-alcoholic signature cocktails.
Executive Chef Cuong Nguyen and Head Chef Bremmy Setiyoko are serving up eight brunch dishes that are best enjoyed with a drink in hand. Celebrating the best of Sydney eating, highlights include a Koshihikari croquette loaded with LP’s mortadella, their famous Lakemba spiced lamb shoulder served on a bed of silky avocado yoghurt, and a rich tartar beef with salted egg, sambal, and crispy potato.
