Available in store now, Soul Origin fans will be treated to two brand-new salads crafted for maximum summer vibes:

Chorizo & Corn Salad: Charred chorizo strips, sweet corn, avocado, and crunchy cabbage tossed with brown rice, kale, carrot, creamy French dressing, chilli mayo, parmesan and coriander. It’s a flavourful fiesta in every bite!

Bocconcini & Sundried Tomato Pasta Salad: Creamy bocconcini, tangy sundried tomato, baby spinach, oregano, and Casarecce pasta drizzled with Green Goddess dressing – the perfect Mediterranean sunshine in a bowl.

Back by popular demand, Soul Origin are also bringing back their Summer Chicken Mango salad and a customer favourite, their Green Goddess salad.
