Love At First Bite: Prime Video & Lune Team Up to Celebrate The Love Hypothesis

Prime Video has teamed up with Lune, the cult-favourite bakery renowned for its meticulously engineered croissants, for a sweet collaboration to celebrate the highly anticipated film, The Love Hypothesis starring Lili Reinhart and Tom Bateman.

Coinciding with the release of the film on 23 September 2026, The Love Hypothesis Love Lab pop-up will take over the Lune Rosebery store giving away a free, limited edition ‘Berry Edible’ cruffin and ‘Pumpkin pi’ drink for one day only, to the first 300 customers – because nothing says ‘grumpy x sunshine’ quite like a fake dating relationship that turns deliciously real!

This collaboration draws on the film’s academic setting and the engineering background of Lune founder Kate Reid, whose technical precision has become legendary in the pastry world. The Berry Edible cruffin is filled with house-made strawberry rose jam, strawberry cremeux and freshly diced strawberry brunoise, finished with a dusting of strawberry and raspberry powder, and garnished with a rosette of rose buttercream and heart shaped sprinkles. Alongside it sits the Pumpkin pi, a pumpkin spiced cold brew with a Mont Blanc-style cream foam topping. Both creations have been designed as a playful nod to the film’s themes of chemistry, compatibility and the unexpected spark that can’t be replicated in a lab.

Prime Video will take over Lune’s Rosebery store with The Love Hypothesis Love Lab on Wednesday September 23 from 12:30pm. Berry Edible and Pumpkin pi will be available for free for the first 300 customers, and to sweeten the deal further, the first 50 people in line will also score a merch pack for The Love Hypothesis. There will also be immersive activations that bring the film to life. Consider this your meet-cute moment!
