The Chicken, Avocado & Hollandaise Bruffin is filled with an oven roasted chicken breast fillet, avocado, a whole egg and hollandaise sauce in high protein Swiss Soy & Linseed breakfast muffin. Bruffins are perfect for breakfast in one hand, on the go and are available at Brumby’s stores across Australia between 6am and 10am daily from 5 January 2014.
