Why break up a good thing? Returning to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth & Adelaide, MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA returns in 2026 with its largest food and wine tour yet.
Following the success of last year’s cheese-filled festival and pinot-paired party, everyone’s favourite blend comes together once again, bringing friends, fromage and fermentation under one roof for one of Australia’s biggest food and wine celebrations.
The collaboration brings together two established events — MOULD and PINOT PALOOZA — into a single shared experience that’s relaxed, flavour-forward and designed for delicious discovery. It’s the best of both, side by side.
MOULD (est. 2017) will showcase 50+ varieties of Australian artisan cheese, drawing producers from around the country and spanning everything from fresh and delicate to bold, aged favourites. Running alongside, PINOT PALOOZA (est. 2012) brings together 50+ expressions of Pinot Noir from Australia, New Zealand and beyond, celebrating the diversity of the grape across regions and styles, poured by the winemakers and producers behind the bottles.
New in 2026: MOULD x PINOT PALOOZA touches down in Adelaide for the first time, unleashing its signature good-time festival energy to the city. Meanwhile, Sydney returns after an 18-month hiatus at The Hordern Pavilion, hosting the first blended event for Sydneysiders to savour and Melbourne moves to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC), providing a central and accessible setting for punters. Across the country, Brisbane returns to the John Reid Pavilion at the RNA Showgrounds, and Perth to the Silver Jubilee Pavilion at Claremont Showgrounds.
Building on the popularity of last year’s tour, the 2026 program will also see four sessions run over three days, with Sundays now firmly part of the lineup in every location. Beyond tastings, bars across the event will pour a curated selection of wine alongside spirits, beer and cocktails. Food producers and cheese-loving makers round out the experience with ready-to-eat bites, pantry staples and grazing essentials – perfect for fuelling the day or elevating your next curated cheese board.
Confirmed for 2026: festival favourites Milawa Cheese return, rolling in with their legendary, crowd-pleasing cheese wheels; the bold and flavour-packed Rub-a-Dub; low-intervention innovators Ohkela Wine; and sustainable standouts from the Adelaide Hills, Vinteloper join the tour – along with other producers and exciting drops at the top of the game.
