Get ready to enjoy magical evenings in the heart of Darlinghurst, Sydney! Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey is bringing the TikTok-famous trend that took Paris by storm with a month long Espresso WOOFTINI & ice cream pop up.

This November, Australia’s #1 peanut butter whiskey, Sheep Dog and Elato Ice Cream will transform Darlinghurst’s beloved restaurant and bar, The Mayflower into a vibrant hub of flavours! Every Thursday from 5:30pm – 8pm, visitors can sip and scoop on only the WOOFTINI & Ice cream combo – an exciting spin on the unique ice cream and wine pairing famously served by Folderol bar in Paris.

And on November 2nd, Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey will be giving away the first 500 Espresso Wooftinis and ice-creams on the house for those keen Sydneysiders.

The heart of the pop-up is the irresistible espresso WOOFTINI, a fun take on the classic espresso martini that swaps out vodka for Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey. Its creamy texture, caramel notes, and warm whiskey undertones are sure to knock your ‘paws’ off! Guest’s are in for a real treat when paired with Roz Kaldor-Aroni’s Elato Ice Cream, a brand known for its artisanal excellence. Visitors can choose from Elato’s Triple Vanilla or the award-winning Fig Ripple.

“If you like figs, you will love the combination of Elato’s fig ripple ice cream (recently won best ice-cream at the Victorian Dairy Awards) with Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whisky. It’s like eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich designed for grown ups, with sweet fig jam plus ice cream oozing through the warm deep flavour of sweetened peanut flavoured whisky”, says Roz Kaldor-Aroni, Founder and CEO of Elato.

And, it doesn’t stop there! Those seeking an extra layer of indulgence can enjoy a cute miniature of Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey poured over their ice cream, also known as the WOOFOGATO!

The WOOFTINI & ice cream combo will be $20 and a Sheep Dog Peanut Butter Whiskey pour over Elato Ice Cream will be $15.
