Sundays Bondis’ Cinnamon Scrolls Take Over Yo-Chi Venues In NSW
From viral social feeds to daily bakery sell-outs, cinnamon scrolls are having a major moment – and in NSW, one local favourite is leading the charge.
Sundays Bondi, known for its fresh, sell-out scrolls, has been tapped by the Yo-Chi community to bring its signature bake to all 24 Yo-Chi venues statewide as part of an exclusive, limited-edition release of Yo-Chi Mini Cinny Scrolls.
Yo-Chi, the cult-favourite Australian frozen yoghurt brand, will be running the collaboration from 7–20 April 2026 and see fresh batches of mini cinnamon scrolls delivered every 1–3 days to all Yo-Chi venues, with each drop available until sold out.
The collaboration brings together two crowd pleasing treats – Sundays Bondis’ soft, gooey cinnamon scrolls and Yo-Chi’s delicious, customisable frozen yoghurt – celebrating local makers while giving the community a new indulgent experience.
“We’ve seen huge demand for our cinnamon scrolls since launching, with queues forming and batches selling out quickly,” said Laetitia Loefti, Founder of Sundays Bondi. “Partnering with Yo-Chi is incredibly exciting, and we can’t wait for more people across Sydney to try our mini cinny scrolls in a completely new way.”
Beloved for its customisable desserts and strong Gen Z following, Yo-Chi has built a reputation as a go-to destination for fresh, shareable treats. Yo-Chi’s Mini Cinny Scrolls campaign is part of a national initiative, with the froyo brand partnering with small, much-loved bakeries in each state to bring freshly baked, local versions of the scrolls into 70 Yo-Chi venues nationwide.
Quantities are limited and expected to sell out quickly — often before nightfall — with deliveries varying every few days. “This is the first time we’re working with local bakers to bring freshly baked products into Yo-Chi venues nationwide,” said Olliver Alis, Yo-Chi Co-owner and Brand Director.
“We’re partnering with small, much-loved bakeries in each state, and while that means things won’t always run like clockwork, it’s what makes this collab so special. These scrolls are made fresh, in small batches, and we’ll be doing our best to keep our community updated so you can get your mitts on these very cute, very famous Mini Cinny Scrolls.
We’re incredibly proud to showcase these iconic local bakers — each with their own story and their own take on our exclusive Mini Cinny Scrolls. I’m equal parts excited and nervous… there’ll be sell-outs, maybe a little mayhem, but this kind of community-led campaign is what fills our whole business with joy.”
Mini Cinny Scrolls will drop at all 70 Yo-Chi venues nationwide from 7–20 April 2026, with fresh batches landing every few days and selling out fast. For drop times, keep an eye on @iloveyochi socials.
