Yellowstone Bourbon is now available in Australia
In honour of America’s first national park, Yellowstone Bourbon was established in 1872 as a whiskey for the people. Yellowstone’s signature serve, Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, is now officially available on Australian shelves.
This premium bourbon is a tasteful marriage of two Kentucky Straight Bourbon whiskies, one aged four years and another aged seven years. It provides a smooth yet complex flavour that skews to a more traditional bourbon profile, steeped in American history.
Yellowstone Select Bourbon Whiskey features spicy aromas of rye toast and cinnamon spice, as well as flavours of caramel, melted butter, and leathered cherries. With a tangy finish, notes of burnt brown sugar and cloves.
The bottle represents a culmination of seven generations of distilling knowledge to ensure Yellowstone remains an icon on shelves for generations to come. At the heart, Yellowstone Founder and Master Distiller, Stephen Beam, has a hand in every bottle thanks to his long whiskey lineage, stemming back to his great, great grandfather. Citrus Sidecar
Ingredients:
60mL Yellowstone bourbon
30mL orange liqueur
30mL fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with a handful of ice.
Shake until cold.
Strain into cocktail glass over fresh ice.
Garnish, if desired, with lemon slice.
