Burdekin Hotel launches Rooftop Bar
This Friday, iconic Darlinghurst venue the Burdekin Hotel is launching its new rooftop bar – the only one of its kind on the Oxford St strip.
Commanding sweeping vistas from its fifth storey level, with views up Oxford Street, to Hyde Park, to the Domain, this gorgeously designed chic-casual space is the perfect place for events, special occasions and low-key hangs.
The launch coincides with a revamped food and drinks menu, too, updated seasonally. For summer, Sydney-siders can sip on original cocktails like the Slutty Mermaid, the Back Ally and the Oxford Fizz, and devour mouth-watering dishes like hand-made burrata, vegan pizza, chicken schnitzel, and truffle & parmesan fries.
