Small Plate highlights include delicious Oysters with raspberry gazpacho and dill, Kangaroo Tartare featuring Kangaroo loin, eshallot, chives, anchovy dressing, mix nuts, pickled radish and chorizo mayo and the amazing Pistachio Tuna Crudo featuring Yellowfin tuna, pistachio cream and stracciatella – fresh, zingy and utterly delightful.
A nod to the flavours of Australia, you can also enjoy the Potato Mille-Feuille, a succulent Beef crudo made from premium MB4 Australian Wagyu striploin from WA, served with locally sourced royal blue potatoes layered with sour cream and crowned with Oscietra caviar.
