Summer has well and truly arrived and the iconic Coogee Bay Hotel has just launched a new Mediterranean-inspired summer menu bursting with fresh flavours.
As temperatures soar, dive into a culinary experience that encapsulates the essence of summer, with the hotel’s new offerings available across Marra Bar & Grill, The Garden, Sports Bar, and even in the luxury of Coogee Bay Boutique Hotel room service.
Highlights on the new menu include the scrumptious Grilled Octopus, with refreshing minted potatoes and olives, or the decadent Burrata paired with ox heart tomatoes and toasted focaccia. Summer wouldn’t be complete without a Wagyu Beef Burger, smothered in shack sauce and complemented by fries or the iconic Fish & Chips, elevated with a yoghurt tartare.
