Free Tacos & Beers at The Happy Mexican on 27 July
Melbourne’s beloved authentic Mexican joint – The Happy Mexican – recently launched at Sydney’s iconic Lansdowne Hotel. To celebrate its warm welcome to the city, the team are throwing a massive party with 500 free tacos and 200 free beers!
On Saturday July 27th, the Mexican restaurant that locals have come to love will be hosting a big bash from 8pm until late complete with:
– 500 free tacos featuring their unusual but delicious Nopales taco (Cactus, corn, potatoes and refried beans) as well as the Pastor (sweet and sour mexican pork with pineapple), and Calabacitas (grilled zucchini with corn, onions and more)
– 200 free beers
– $10 Piña Coladas
– Mexican costume contest with prizes for the top three winners including a $200 cash bar tab! Think Day of the Dead to mexican wrestlers, pinatas and famous Mexican characters – the venue wants to celebrate Mexican culture to the max!
– Free vodka and tequila shots for guests who wear the Mexican soccer team jersey
– DJs from 10:30pm and an appearance from their Mariachi band
The venue is calling it their biggest party yet and it will definitely be one not to miss. There will be free entry until capacity so partiers are invited to get in quick.
