House of Bombay @ Vivid Sydney
With only days left to experience Vivid Sydney 2022, a perfect way to start or end your Vivid walk is at House of Bombay.
Launched by major partner Bombay Sapphire, the House of Bombay is a creative and immersive pop-up bar located in Tumbalong Park, Darling Quarter – a new Vivid Sydney location in Darling Harbour.
Guests of House of Bombay are in for an exhilarating fusion of creativity, innovation, technology and delicious cocktails. With the ability to host over 500 people, this limited-time-only bar is the perfect meeting place along this year’s Vivid Sydney Light Walk.
Renowned Sydney artist Elliott Routledge, along with music producer Nicky Night Time, have curated a multi-sensory experience within the bar, allowing visitors time to explore on the way to their next cocktail. The exciting mix of colours, lights and sounds showcased within their work draw inspiration from the flavours and tastes behind the creative Bombay Sapphire range.
House of Bombay visitors are encouraged to kick back and take in the mesmerising projections and entertainment, all whilst enjoying an impressive cocktail menu that highlights all Bombay Sapphire has to offer. With delicious cocktails including the Vivid Spritz, Sunset Spiced Negroni and Hot Gin Toddy, the House of Bombay will be stirring up creativity – giving visitors the opportunity to try something new and exciting.
Sightseers still have a few days to order House of Bombay’s six-course Degustation Menu at only $60pp. Attendees can access the menu from the available QR code and enjoy delights from six different vendors, including Vesta Italian (charcuterie boards, pizzas and pastas); Braza Churrascaria (mini BBQ plates of deluxe meats, salad and chips); and Gelatissimo (specialty doughnuts and gelato).
For the final days of Vivid, House of Bombay also offers:

– $10, Happy Hour cocktails from 5pm to 6pm daily
– The Bramble Hot Toddy, guaranteed to go down a treat, warming you from the inside out.
– Bar food on order, if you don’t want to opt for the degustation menu.
The new location of Darling Quarter not only boasts the House of Bombay bar, but also some of Vivid Sydney’s main attractions. This includes Vivid House, a sensory 3D walk- through visual and sonic experience and Tumbalong Nights – a free line up of music performances every Wednesday to Saturday night during the festival.
Open from 5pm-11pm for the duration of Vivid Sydney 2022 (until June 18th), the House of Bombay bar is the ideal spot to take a quick break, amidst exploring Darling Quarter and the radiant light installations Vivid Sydney has to offer.
