Lord of the Fries Parramatta
Lord of the Fries (LOTF), purveyors of Australia’s favourite fries and food puns, is excited to announce the launch of its newest store opening in the Greater Western Sydney suburb of Parramatta.
The Melbourne-born and bred institution touting its ethical fast food fare is enjoying strong growth across the nation, with this third Sydney instalment opening in Westfield Parramatta following a first-ever Perth store opening earlier this year.
Designed by Russell & George Architects, the urban, hip and relaxed store was built with the busy shopping crowd in mind, creating a space that offers quick and efficient walk-up, take-away service. Located in the heart of the downstairs food court and just a short walk from the train station entrance, customers will also have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy every single bite of their feast.
Founder Mark Koronczyk says, “We couldn’t have predicted the warm reception we’ve experienced in New South Wales since launching here in 2013, and are so excited to be adding to our stores in Sydney with Westfield Parramatta.”
“This store is only our second shopping centre kiosk-style store, and we hope to add more to our repertoire – allowing us to provide Australia’s shoppers with healthier, more sustainable alternatives for their mid-shopping meals.”
Leading the way for ethical fast food in Australia, LOTF was founded in 2004 on the premise of food made with love, not animals. Its all-inclusive menu is 100% vegetarian featuring vegan, low gluten, kosher and halal fare. The menu is locally sourced with internationally-inspired flavours plus burgers, hot dogs, vegan shakes and munch boxes, and heroes its award-winning fries; Classic, Shoe String, Chunky and Sweet Potato.
On 13 May 2016, LOTF Parramatta will officially launch giving away up to 200 bottomless chip cups to a lucky few fry-devotees for free refills all day long. All customers on the day can also enjoy extra freebies and deals with purchase.
