Martina hosts Rosé Bay, a lavish long lunch featuring the finest French rosés

The beautiful Italian restaurant – Martina Rose Bay – has partnered with the finest French rosés houses Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé, Sieur D’Arques Sparkling Rosé, Lyv Rosé, and Domaine De La Croix Le Cap to bring Sydneysiders ‘Rosé Bay’.

This lavish four course lunch, paired with four glasses of wine, celebrates the best of the Mediterranean by bringing together the rich flavours of Italian cuisine with the best rosés from France.

Curated by owner Flávio Carnevale, the $107 per person experience includes a variety of Italian dishes, each expertly paired with a different rosé to enhance flavours. The experience starts with your choice of entrée – Carpaccio (Tuna Carpaccio, capers, olives, sea salt, semi-dried tomatoes), Prosciutto (Parma prosciutto, buttered zucchini flowers), or the delicious Caprese (creamy heart mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, basil olive oil). The entrée is paired with the Domaine De La Croix Le Cap, mixing freshness with orchard fruits hints.

Guests then progress through to the next course – your choice of pasta including Linguine (Mad crab, prawn bisque, handmade linguine), Carbonara (Guanciale, pecorino, pepper, egg yolk, handmade spaghetti), or the super tasty Puttanesca Vegana (capers, olives, tomato, spaghetti). This one is paired with the refreshingly sharp LYV Rosé before the mains hit the table.

Your choice of mains include a very generous portion of Pesce (Pan roasted barramundi, fennel puree, dutch carrots, domaine de la croix) or Bistecchina (riverine minute steak with parisienne salad). Also comes with a side of shaved white cabbage, walnuts, sultanas and pecorino salad and complemented by the flavour-loaded Miraval Cote Des Provence Rosé.

You can end your experience on a high with delectable dessert options including the Raspberry Trifle (rice sponge cake, bergamot custard, raspberry compote, pistachio crumble) and Crostata (sour cherry and ricotta tart). Paired with Sieur D’Arques Sparkling Rosé, you won’t walk out of here anything less than satisfied.
