Ni Hao Bar has just unveiled its delectable new summer menu. Their bold, aesthetic and nostalgic dishes with a modern twist pay tribute to Hong Kong’s sensory culture – loud, vibrant, and full of flavour.
Highlights on the new menu include a Yuzu curd tart with white chocolate cream, a Rock Lobster roll with lemon & dill mayo and the Chargrilled Wagyu Skewer featuring Wagyu Intercostal, Soy & Chilli Glaze and Crushed Peanuts that add a delicious crunch to this melt-in-your-mouth favourite.
For something more substantial, you cannot go past the Kungpao Chicken with Chicken Thigh, Sweet & Spicy Sauce, Shallot, Cashew Nut, Curry Leaf and Chilli. An absolute stand-out with a highly addictive combination of salty, sweet and spicy – a must-try!

Ni Hao Bar currently have a $50 per head (minimum four guests) festive Christmas menu that’s available all of December 2022. The set menu includes a whole soy chicken, smashed cucumber, shallot pancake, kingfish sashimi, beef skewer, pork skewer and Jasmine white rice.
You’re going to want to wash down all that deliciousness with a drink…or three. You can try their amazing Red Teapot (soju, vodka, tequila, peach, cranberry, lime, lemonade) or can order a range of delightful cocktails, crafted with a full sensory experience in mind.
Highlights include the Jackie Chan (Tequila, kaffir lime, lemongrass, galangal, passionfruit, chilli agave) and The Abg (a delicious dark rum mixed with raspberry and black raspberry liqueur, to create a sensationally sweet drink, with the added spark and burst of candy that coats the edge).
