Co-Founders and brother-sister duo, Louie and Prill Abdullah bring their shared love for authentic, flavourful food and rich Lebanese heritage to the business. Growing up in a big, lively family where food and hospitality was at the heart of everything, a decadent spread and salad dishes served at the table to share, brought everyone together. Echoing this sentiment, the salad days ethos is simple: bring back the humble salad for everyday eating.
