SOFI Spritz Summer Pop-Up at Bondi
Forget Frozé, Spritz is officially the most iconic drink of choice of this summer. And Australia’s aperitivo SOFI Spritz is set to take Bondi by storm, transporting Sydneysiders to Italy with their new pop-up Spritz Bar at Bondi’s Beach Road Hotel.
The pop-up will be open on summer weekends throughout December and January in the Beach Road garden. The exotic flavours of Blood Orange & Bitters (inspired by the Veneto Spritz) and White Peach & Ginger (a modern take on the classic Bellini cocktail), will set the mood for laid back afternoon drinks throughout the silly season.
The garden terrace has been transformed into a leafy outdoor Italian oasis, with a bright and colourful pagola, adorned with greenery and fruit to mimic a classic Amalfi Coast bar.
SOFI wanted to create the ultimate haven for avid spritz enthusiasts and there was no better place to do it than where the brand started – in Bondi, just six years ago.
Spritz lovers can enjoy an all-natural cocktail with Beach Road live DJs performing every weekend. A cocktail will set you back $10 a glass or $20 a carafe – an amazing one-off price.
