Sheraton Grand Sydney, Sydney’s original five-star hotel, are introducing two new regular dining concepts at The Gallery – The Wine and Cheese Buffet (Wednesdays) and Oysters, Salmon and Champagne (Thursdays). Located on the Lobby Level, the Gallery welcomes guests in an elegant space where they will be able to indulge in an array of deliciously alluring treats:

Tuck into an endless array of cheeses, cured meats, and accoutrements paired with a free-flowing selection of wine.

5.30pm to 7.30pm every Wednesday from 20 November
Oysters, Salmon & Champagne
Thirsty Thursdays – Grab your fanciest friends and revel in an endless supply of oysters and house-cured salmon. Plucked and shucked and served with bottomless bubbles. Perfect.
$59 per person
Upgrade to free-flowing Moet Chandon Champagne for an additional $40 per person
