A brand new Sydney champagne brunch experience like no other is coming to The Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park this month.
The Sunday Brunch series will launch on Sunday 14th August and will be held every Sunday from 11:30am – 4:30pm. It promises to be an unforgettable experience – inspired by the all-day dining culture found in Asia and Europe – with hours of live music, waffle stations, private pasta chefs & Sydney’s best seafood buffet with free-flowing champagne, Spiritz and Bloody Marys.
With all dietaries and curiosities catered for, you can assemble the whole crew and catch up over endless rounds and oyster shots, all while having a boogie to the upbeat tempos of soulful live musicians and DJs.
Dive into one or all of the dedicated live counters – Fresh NSW Seafood, The Waffle Station, ‘Eggs Your Way’ (we suggest Poached with Truffle Hollandaise), The Vegan Butchery, Sunday Carvery, The Cheese Counter, and of course the live Pasta Bar.
A $149 ticket will secure you an all-day seat at the table for Sunday brunch with bottomless Bloody Marys and Chandon Garden Spritzers. You can choose to upgrade your flight for just $40 more. $189pp will secure all of the above as well as free-flowing Pommery Champagne.
The hotel’s General Manager, Krister Svensson says, “As Sydney re-awakens, we’re proud to bring an international offering, not yet available in Australia. We want to spoil our guests with a memorable time. And for those who may have overindulged, there’s a bed upstairs.”
