Transcendence Pop Up Bar
The Sydney-based Rocks Brewing Company is excited to announce their involvement in this year’s Vivid Festival in the Sydney CBD from the 22nd May – 8th June (2015). Transcendence will become one of the most ambitious pop up bars Sydney has seen with locally produced, all-natural fresh-from-the-tanks beer available daily. This will be located in Martin Place with an installation above the bar reaching seven metres high, proving this bar will be in a calibre of its own.
The Rocks Brewing Co. will be bringing both their full range of beers with favourites like the Hangman Pale Ale, and some specialty beers not yet realised to the market for the event; these have all been made in the Alexandria brewery. They have also sourced some of the best wines that NSW has to offer, all locally made and known, with over 30 varieties of red, white and sparkling wine to sample by the glass. Some of these wines will be offered for the first time outside of the winery Cellar Door with limited releases being available whilst stocks last.
The Rocks Brewing Co. are also excited to have Archie Rose, the first Sydney distillery to open in over 100 years, come on board to showcase their locally made gin, vodka and a white rye whiskey set to amaze you with quality you are going to have to try to believe.
Come down to Martin Place from 6pm when the lights turn on until 11pm for a drink and showcase the other food stalls open.
