Zeta-Jones & Douglas Split?
In Britain, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson might be a couple again. Fires of passion are being reignited with this royal couple – parents of Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugene of York. Although there are no further plans currently, some are hoping for another royal wedding, as the couple is currently living together in the Royal Lodge. Separated in 1992, the Duke and Duchess of York were officially divorced in 1996, with Sarah retaining the title of Duchess of York until she remarries. In addition to that, she received a nice sum although she did not press for a larger alimony. The former Weight Watchers spokeswoman was seen in Balmoral earlier in the month by invitation from the Queen.
On the other side of the world, Catherine Zeta-Jones is trying to salvage her marriage with Michael Douglas; but reports are this power pair is heading for an expensive split. Their relationship had been strong, with both surviving Douglas’ throat cancer and two bouts of rehab for Jones. Married in 2000, the A-list pair has been married for thirteen years, and have two children together: Dylan and Carys. Rumours of their split started when the paparazzi could not get a snapshot of the couple together, despite Michael Douglas declaring his love for his wife and kids in an interview with a reporter in Wales Online. It will be interesting to follow these two couples in coming months; celebrities have a penchant for doing the opposite of what is expected. Let’s hope that it is good news for both.
