Cargo Bar: 2-Day Halloween Carnival
Cargo’s legendary Halloween Carnival is back – bigger, bolder, and freakier than ever! Set against the glittering harbour backdrop, this two-night party turns Sydney’s iconic Cargo Bar into a twisted carnival packed with DJs, dancers, creepy characters, and chaos.
Expect carnival performers, pop-up bars, themed drinks, and photo ops that are equal parts eerie and epic. Don your freakiest ‘fit for a shot at killer costume prizes and party like there’s no tomorrow. PS – Friday and Saturday night tickets are cheaper if you’re in costume!

Untied: Brunch After Dark
Sydney’s first Bottomless Halloween Night Brunch is landing at Untied, and it’s every bit as hauntingly glam as you’d expect.
For $99pp, guests can enjoy two hours of bottomless spritzers, brews, wine and spirits, alongside Halloween-inspired share plates. Think charcoal-bun sliders, fiery ‘trick or heat’ wings, and loaded ‘fright night’ fries – all best served with a limoncello in hand and a costume to match. Woollahra Hotel: Festival of Frights
For a Halloween celebration that fuses fright with flavour, look no further than Woollahra Hotel’s Festival of Frights – a three-day extravaganza combining Halloween mischief with Día de los Muertos magic!
In partnership with Casamigos, the iconic Eastern Suburbs venue is serving tequila-fuelled cocktails and mouth-watering tacos, backed by a vibrant weekend of live music, giveaways, and spooky décor.
Kick off the fiesta on Friday 31 October with a live mariachi band from 6-8pm, plus street-style hibachi tacos like El Pollo Diablo (sambal chicken, jalapeno Pico de Gallo, tajin aioli); and El Camarón Funky (tiger prawn, guacamole, mango & Thai basil salsa).
Wash it all down with cocktails like Frozen Souls (Casamigos Blanco, agave, lime, apple juice); and Smoke & Bones (Casamigos Mezcal, honey syrup, lemon, ginger liqueur). Saturday brings late-night terrace DJs, costume contests, and more reasons to dance with the dead. More info.

BrewDog South Eveleigh: Halloween Brews & Bites
Get ready for a chillingly good time at BrewDog South Eveleigh, where Halloween comes with a side of hops and heartiness.
This South Eveleigh brew bar is dialling up the frightful fun with Halloween-themed food specials that pair perfectly with BrewDog’s signature craft beer lineup. From pumpkin-spiced bites to devilishly good burgers, there’s plenty to sink your teeth into.

Bungalow 8 is getting wicked this Halloween with a full-blown Haunted Barnyard takeover on the harbourfront – complete with hay bales, pumpkins, and even a mechanical bull for the brave!
It’s a double-header of Halloween chaos across two nights (Friday 31 Oct & Saturday 1 Nov), packed with spine-tingling entertainment, outrageous competitions, and eerie-good drink specials.
Friday 31 Oct kicks off with Keys Gone Wild from 9:30pm – a raucous, live piano-meets-party experience where the crowd sets the tone (song requests are encouraged!). At 10:15pm, five fearless souls will battle it out in a Speed Pie Eating Contest, fork-free and fast-paced, with a $500 bar tab up for grabs!

The Marsden Brewhouse: Dance of the Dead
Step into the shadows this Halloween at The Marsden Brewhouse, where the Dance of the Dead promises a night of high-energy beats and bone-rattling cocktails!
In partnership with Espolon Tequila, this event is bringing the party to Western Sydney like never before. DJs will keep the dancefloor alive from 8pm till late, while spine-tingling cocktails like the Poison Apple Freeze (Espolon tequila, green apple mix) and Witches Brew (Gin, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, edible glitter & cobwebs) are on pour from just $14.
Come dressed to distress for your chance to win the Best Dressed competition and make memories at the dedicated media wall. Solotel’s Week-Long Halloween Bash
Halloween is creeping into Solotel venues across Sydney, from 27th October to 2nd November with spooky parties, DJ sets and eerie entertainment all week long. From thrilling club takeovers to mysterious trivia nights, there’s something chilling for every soul. Solotel and Bacardi have also joined forces to serve up a bespoke Halloween cocktail menu available all week, featuring spooky sips like the Bloody Good Drink (served in blood bags), the Pumpkin Spice and the glittering Wizards Mojito.
Costumes at the ready – on 31st October, little ghouls and goblins under the age of 12 eat free from 4pm at select venues including Public House Petersham, The Erko and The Woodstock. Expect frightfully fun dishes like the Scary Schnitzel and Gory Gummy Sundae.
Parramatta’s The Albion is set to deliver a night of thrills and chills on 31st October and you can keep the party rolling on 1st November with the Vibe Saturdays Halloween party. Waywards Wicked Week is set to erupt at The Bank in Newtown. Expect four nights of Halloween fear and fun from 29th October to 1st November while the Golden Sheaf in Double Bay is hosting a week-long Halloween celebration that blends family-friendly fun by day with vibrant nightlife after dark.
Public House Petersham is keeping things family-friendly with Halloweek, running from 29th October – 1st November. The week-long lineup includes Halloween Trivia, a spine-tingling Paint & Sip, a Kids Halloween Party and even a cosy movie night to wrap it all up.
