Bondi’s Ikaria Launches Aegean Bottomless Brunch
Bondi’s Ikaria is a Mediterranean inspired haven that captures the essence of the famous Greek islands known for connection, community and longevity.
Loved by locals and visitors alike, it pairs warm hospitality with panoramic ocean views and a menu that transports you straight to the Mediterranean.
Just in time for summer, Ikaria has just launched its Aegean Bottomless Brunch, a seasonal experience designed to bring the flavours of Greece to Sydney’s coastline.
Set against the iconic backdrop of Bondi Beach, Ikaria’s sun-drenched dining space is the perfect setting to enjoy a share-style menu that kicks off with grilled pita bread along with hummus, chickpeas and pine nut butter – a creamy, crunchy flavour combination that make for the perfect starter!

Next to come out is the burrata with heirloom tomatoes and basil oil – the delicously juicy heirloom tomatoes and the creamy burrata cheese are a match made in heaven. A definite highlight! Another standout is the cauliflower with goats curd and romesco before the main dish hits the table – the slow-roasted lamb shoulder. This one comes with labneh, goats curd and baked potatoes making for a warm, tender and ridiculously tasty meal.
Guests can indulge in the bottomless brunch for $99pp and you can wash down all of that deliciousness with a range of drink options including Prosecco, Wine (White, Rose, Red) or Beer which are all included in the package. You also have the option to upgrade to a cocktail package for an additional $35pp so you can indulge in a Margarita, Aperol Spritz or Espresso Martini to end your experience on a high.

With its fresh, flavourful menu and relaxed coastal ambiance, Ikaria is quickly becoming one of the city’s most talked-about spots for elevated dining. Ikaria is run by a husband and wife duo who are joined by an outstanding kitchen team led by executive chef Ivan Sanchez.
Drawing from his Spanish heritage, Sanchez has created a generous, share-style menu that’s bold, refined, and deeply satisfying. Highlights on the daily menu include the honey-drizzled saganaki, slow-cooked lamb shoulder with whipped tahini, and a baklava-inspired cocktail that’s already become a cult favourite.

With its delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and postcard-perfect backdrop, Ikaria Bondi will be the place to be over the coming warmer months!
