Attention foodies: Galliano have announced that they will be at Taste of Sydney from 13th – 16th of March, 2014. The world’s greatest restaurant festival returns to the beautiful and iconic Centennial Park where visitors can enjoy a range of delicious Galliano cocktails outdoors.
Encouraging festival-goers to sample a variety of cocktails, Galliano have developed a wooden tasting paddle, providing visitors with the opportunity to enjoy up to three Galliano cocktails mixed by some of Australia’s best bartenders. Don’t miss sampling the ultimate cocktail, the Espresso Martini, made with Galliano Ristretto, a blend of natural Arabica (55%) and Robusta (45%) coffee beans, resulting in a pure and natural coffee taste, with enhanced coffee flavour and strong, bitter notes. Between the chocolate and creamy taste of the Arabica beans, and strong and bitter notes from the Robusta, Galliano Ristretto provides the perfect balance of flavour for the sensational Espresso Martini.
Other cocktails made with Galliano served at Taste of Sydney will be the Vanilla Pallino and the Amaretto Sour.
This year Galliano will give visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Italian culture, encouraging all to relax and unwind with friends at the GALLIANO tent. Attendees can also enjoy a range of incredible cocktails over a fun game of Bocce on the two lanes set up especially for the event.
