This means that more side detail is captured such as more lanes on a freeway or more peripheral detail when an incident happens. Equipped with the latest Aptina image processor, video quality is comparable to that of high end cameras ensuring a wide dynamic range (superior image processing for direct sunlight or approaching headlights); blur free frame rate and a professional quality lens for night time and low light recording. Using superior H.264 codec recording, the Crashcam FHD-WD can store 3x more footage than other cameras whilst still delivering exceptional image clarity and detail. Other features include auto bump file save, motion detect record, a wide 2.7” LCD screen and HDMI output for direct connection to a TV.
