Pullman Sydney Hyde Park, one of the city’s most iconic hotels, has announced a delicious partnership ahead of the spring school holidays, one which will see guests get the first taste of the new Murray Street Ice Creamery range.
The new range, which has been created in partnership with Australian pastry chef and Chocolate Queen Kirsten Tibballs, will be available to guests of the hotel throughout the school holidays a full month before it officially hits supermarket shelves. And best of all, it’s totally free!
Inspired by some of Kirsten’s most famous sweet treats, the new Murray Street Ice Creamery range of irresistible dessert inspired ice cream will be offered to guests via a scrumptious reimagination of the usual happy hour. Delivered via a traditional ice-cream cart and available to guests between 3pm – 4pm, the free ice-cream will be available daily throughout the spring school holidays between 25th September – 8th October.

Available complimentary to guests daily between 3pm – 4pm, the Murray Street Ice Creamery cart will be a super sweet treat for guests, just as the hot weather is starting.
