Located in the heart of Woollahra, Sushi With A Twist is Japanese cuisine at its finest.
This is a venue where you can walk right in and have food in your mouth within seconds of sitting down. There’s no waiting around as fresh sushi rotates through the restaurant and you simply grab any items you’d like to get your mouth around.
The sushi train features the freshest produce with several options available. The Sashimi – Salmon, Kingfish, Tuna – is absolutely mouth-watering, and eye-watering too with the added wasabi. Also on rotation are a number of special sushi rolls. The Bulgogi beef is delicious, the Spicy creamy prawn is as spicy and creamy as described, while the Lion king (Soft shell crab, cream cheese, salmon & dried leek) is a must. That also applies to the Fried mango crab and Prosciutto & fig – delectable.
The Contemporary Twist menu also features an appetising selection including Kingfish carpaccio, Snapper carpaccio, Seafood ceviche, Salmon with jalapeño dressing, Tuna tataki (Seared tuna, avocado, cherry tomato & lotus chip), and Harmony tatar (Salmon belly, scallop &
wasabi citrus dressing).
If you find yourself wanting more than what’s on offer on the sushi train, then you can also order items from the kitchen. Teriyaki salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken breast karage, Rock prawn & honey chips, and Kataifi prawn are some of the highlights you will find here.
