For the partner that loves their Booze, here are some options.

Gin and Tonic Tinnie: A refreshing mix of the award-winning Noble Cut Australian Gin, and signature tonic with hints of pink grapefruit and thyme. Distilled in Newtown, this new world gin boasts herbal notes from the Tasmanian grown hops, alongside spicy juniper and pepperberries, with a zesty, lemon-myrtle finish.

Ramblin Man Whisky: First distilled and barrelled in Tasmania in 2000, the exclusive whisky was transported to Newtown in mid-2016. At Young Henrys headquarters, the Whisky was lovingly transferred into Australian Apera Sherry casks, spending its final years aging before it was bottled by hand in November 2018. Now ready for release in 381 individually numbered bottles. A taste of the whisky would see a nose of right citrus, pekoe tea, and orange zest, burnt brown sugar, vanilla custard, raisin, walnut, and honey. A balanced palate of sweet malty, cereal notes, and orange marmalade upfront through to chewy caramel and French oak, finishing with candied lemon peel and Leatherwood honey. The sweet spices and fruity viscosity ensure a thick, chewy, oily, and long finish (Price: $450.00).

Newtowner: A beer on tap at all of your beloved local pubs or distilleries, The Aussie Pale Ale called Newtowner is a blend of Australian malts. The Ale comes in three varieties of local hops to make it fun, fruity and even a little bitter – just like Newtown. The beer was crafted for everyone in Young Henry’s local community to enjoy, whether it was being thrown back at a gig or sipped slowly in a beer garden. The people responded and now the Newtowner is a permanent part of the Young Henrys beer range (Price: $69.00).
