Each Sunday from 11:30am until 2pm, guests are invited to soak up the sunshine and soar above the streets of Sydney at Zephyr Sunday Brunch – an open-air oasis where you can indulge in a carefully curated food and beverage menu for $88 per person.
Located on the rooftop of Hyatt Regency Sydney, Australia’s largest upscale hotel, Zephyr has fast become a favourite for locals and visitors alike. With postcard-perfect views of Darling Harbour, the venue provides the perfect setting for Sunday brunch in Sydney.
On the menu you’ll find Farmer’s Granola, Yala yoghurt, and berries to start. This is followed by a selection of artesian breads, chilled seafood, sashimi, air-dried meats, international salami, and delicious Australian cheeses. With a wide variety of food on offer, there is something here to please everyone. And you can even go back for seconds!
Guests also have the option of choosing Poached Eggs (with potato rosti, romesco, and rocket leaves) or French Toast (with pure maple syrup and fresh berries) for the main plate. And then to top it all off, your experience also includes a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial and some decadent dessert including a selection of house-made pastries, petit fours and tropical fruit salad.
