The feast begins with marinated olives and rustic bread served with a truffle butter candle, before fried Spanish chilli peppers and chorizo with caramelised onion are served. It’s a super-delicious way to kick things off before the main act hits the table.
The star of the show is Iberica’s seafood paella, with green salsa and charred lemon. It’s an absolute showstopper that’s packed full of flavour and served alongside crispy potatoes in brava sauce to ensure you end your meal on a high.
At $99 per person, Iberica’s Bottomless Menu is well worth exploring on a cruisy Saturday. And for those looking to spice things up, you can even do a Cocktail Upgrade ($35 per person) and dig into Aperol Spritz, Margaritas, and Espresso Martinis to kick-start your weekend!
