As the weather heats up, ABODE Bistro. Bar is offering the perfect midweek wind-down, with $2 oysters, $15 cocktails and live acoustic music in a relaxed, award-winning setting in the heart of the CBD.

From Monday to Friday (4:30pm-6:30pm), guests can enjoy freshly shucked oysters – a true delicacy of the season – selected beers and wines from just $6 a glass and signature $15 cocktails.

Plus, on select Fridays, the atmosphere steps up with live acoustic sets from the Ben Box Band from 5-7pm, making ABODE Bistro. Bar the perfect spot to ease into the weekend.

Shaping up to be one of the CBD’s best happy hours, ABODE Bistro. Bar was recently named Best Casual Dining Experience at the 2025 NSW Accommodation Awards and offers a cosy, relaxed setting, a standout drinks list – including Gin Fizz and oysters freshly sourced from the pristine Nambucca River on NSW’s Mid North Coast.

After happy hour, guests can linger a little longer and dive into ABODE Bistro. Bar’s fresh new spring menu – packed with seasonal flavours and standout dishes including Pan Seared Scallops, Smoked Vanella Stracciatella and the spectacular Prawn Casarecce with pesto rosso, kale, fennel, pickled chilli, capers and gremolata breadcrumbs. Fresh, creamy and full of flavour!

Other highlights include the Roasted Harissa Carrots, Twice Cooked Pumpkin, 250g Aged Sirloin, Humpty Doo Barramundi and the delicious Abode’s Chicken with spiced tomato sauce, sweet potato, cabbage & herb salad and chilli garlic oil – a definite crowd-favourite packed with delicious, comforting flavours.

For those visiting PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney, they’ve also just launched a Local Cart – a roving celebration of Australian culture and community. Rolling into the lobby every Friday to Sunday from 4-5pm, the Local Cart treats guests to nostalgic and beloved local favourites such as Anzac Biscuits, Tim Tams and more, curated by their very own PARKROYAL Local – an insider to all things Sydney. Guests also receive a keepsake postcard, hand-drawn by PARKROYAL staff, depicting Sydney’s most beloved icons as a meaningful memento to take home.
