Bombay Bloomers Brings $20 “Sips & Snacks” to Randwick & Neutral Bay

Bombay Bloomers Brings $20 “Sips & Snacks” to Randwick & Neutral Bay

Locally-owned Indian restaurant, Bombay Bloomers, has earned a loyal following for food that celebrates the true flavours of India without the heavy-handed spicing.

The Randwick favourite recently opened its second home in Neutral Bay and has just launched its limited-edition “Sips & Snacks” – available at both restaurants until 31 October 2025.

Running Monday to Thursday from 5:00-6:30 pm, the $20 “Sips & Snacks” invites diners to enjoy a glass of wine or beer alongside one of Bombay Bloomers’ signature street-food snacks: think golden samosas, crisp onion bhajis or tender chicken pakoras, all made to order and bursting with flavour.

It’s a light, shareable and flavour-forward twist on happy hour – designed to capture what Indian dining is really about: bringing people together to share, taste, and explore bold, vibrant flavours.

Helmed by Chef and Owner Varinder Singh, Bombay Bloomers has built a loyal following for its modern, balanced take on Indian cuisine. Every curry is made individually, spices never overpower, and classics like Singh’s nut-free butter chicken – a family recipe that’s creamy, comforting, and allergy-friendly – and slow-cooked lamb rogan josh continue to draw crowds.

The Bombay Bloomers Thali – a generous feast for one – is another standout featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian curries, rice, raita, and garlic naan.

Tandoor & Grill highlights include Tandoori Chicken (the tastiest Indian way to barbeque chicken), Chooza Tikka (tender boneless pieces of chicken marinated in yoghurt and spices grilled in the tandoor) and the delicious Tandoori Garlic Prawns (succulent king prawns marinated in yoghurt, garlic and selected spices, smoke roasted in the tandoor) – a flavour explosion that your taste buds just can’t get enough of!

For dessert, there’s the indulgent Gulab Jamun, soft milk dumplings fried and soaked in rosewater syrup. To wash it all down, there’s an extensive drinks list – which adds its own sense of theatre – weaving Indian flavours into playful cocktails designed to complement the food and spark conversation.

For lovers of authentic Indian food that’s full of flavour and cooked with care, you’ve got to book a visit to Bombay Bloomers and take advantage of the “Sips & Snacks” offering while it lasts!
