Located in Quay Quarter Lanes at Circular Quay, the retro-inspired destination has quickly become a favourite with Sydneysiders with its nostalgic throwback to the vibrant 1980s.
A collaboration between the hospitality group Milpa Collective (Bar Lucia, Santa Catarina, Carbon, and Taqiza) and The WXT Group (Wings and Tins, La Farmacia, and Mrs Palmer Sandwich), Cancun Boat Club brings the ’80s to life with a Corvette Stingray parked outside for the perfect Insta-moment, while inside, guests can enjoy fun props like bum bags, sunglasses, captain hats, headbands, and leg warmers. A DJ spinning retro hits keeps the energy high all night.
Just months after opening, Cancun Boat Club is revolutionising Sydney’s bottomless scene with the launch of its new all-day and night bottomless menu every Saturday. This unique experience features unlimited margaritas, Jarritos palomas, beer, and rosé, paired with a taco feast for one and a half hours.
Inspired by iconic ’80s classics such as Flashdance and Miami Vice, this is Sydney’s first all-day and night bottomless experience. Running every Saturday from midday until 2am, with the last booking at midnight, guests can indulge in endless select beverages and a delectable array of taco fillings for just $89pp.
The experience kicks off with an addictive entree of Guacamole and crispy corn tortilla chips with tomato, onion, coriander and lime juice before diving into the delicious main dishes. The menu boasts options like the juicy and flavourful Birria (slow-cooked beef brisket with spiced adobo, beer, and chillies) and our top pick, the super tasty Chicken Tinga (shredded chicken breast with chipotle adobo and cinnamon).
Also available are the crowd-pleasing Picadillo (chorizo and chipotle ground beef) as well as Vegan/Vegetarian options such as cauliflower with fermented black beans, complemented by a variety of tasty sides. If you have enough room in the belly, you can finish off with some loaded Nachos (chicken, beef or mushroom) and wash it all down with a margarita (or five) to end the experience on a high.
If you’re not coming on a Saturday, there are other weekly specials you can indulge in including $5 Tacos & 2-4-1 margaritas on Taco Tuesdays, half price margaritas on Wednesdays and $15 nachos on Thursdays. Plus, birthday celebrants can eat and drink for free when accompanied by four paying friends, making it the ultimate celebration spot.
