After recently opening its doors in the buzzing heart of Darling Quarter, Darling Pavilion has teamed up with Altos Tequila to offer a new weekend Mediterranean inspired Bottomless Brunch experience.
The expansive Pavilion-style pub, which blends casual charm with Mediterranean-inspired elegance, is set to elevate your dining experience with this scrumptious offering. Serving up an icy and delicious Alto Margarita on arrival, followed by Head chef Kyle Quy’s curated Mediterranean style lunch menu, this collaboration promises an unforgettable fusion of flavours and premium tequila in the heart of Darling Quarter.
If you’re a fan of leisurely lunches, you’ll be right at home embarking on a journey through the Mediterranean region, sampling a diverse array of dishes that celebrate its rich flavours. Starting with the moreish Grilled Pita with Cauli Hummus and the Fried Artichokes with Roasted Garlic Aioli to get your stomach prepared, you’re then in for a real treat when the delectable Smoked Salmon comes out. Its rich taste is only boosted with the addition of Chive & Preserved Lemon Remoulade and Flatbread. The perfect marriage of ingredients!
The Bottomless Brunch also features the amazing Fried Baby Calamari with Smoked Paprika Aioli, Garlic, Parsley and Grilled lemon; the refreshing Prawn Salad with Grilled Prawns, Iceberg, Fennel, Watercress, Semi Dried Cherry Tomato, Pine Nuts, Basil Pesto & Mayo and the outstanding Mini Lamb Burger with Tzatziki and Spinach. Juicy, flavourful and tops off the menu which truly takes you on a culinary journey along the Mediterranean coast.
Each dish is elevated by sipping on an Altos Margarita served on arrival, or free flowing sparkling wine and beer served throughout lunch. Nestled within the vibrant Darling Quarter, Darling Pavilion offers a picturesque outdoor terrace drenched in natural light, as well as cosy lounges so you can bask in the sun while you enjoy your meal. Inside, guests are immediately greeted by the eye-catching 20-metre stone and marble bar, custom built DJ decks, and littered with natural light and greenery throughout.
