Ray Kelly is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 22 years experience. He has a BA in Human Movement, a Masters in Teaching and is in the process of becoming a Level 3 Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has helped athletes around the world achieve their goals but his passion lays in weight loss, primarily in the context of chronic disease management.
