Glee star Mark Salling is still battling with his sexual battery lawsuit, but now the actor has turned the tables on his accuser. Back in January, Salling was sued for sexual battery by Playboy model Roxanne Gorzela, who claimed the actor coerced her into having unprotected sex in March 2011. Gorzela says that she confronted Salling at his home while the star was in a compromising position with another lady where he allegedly attacked her by pushing her to the ground where she hit her head.
In addition to sexual battery, the Glee star is accused of intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. The suit called the actor’s behavior “willful, malicious and despicable,” adding that it caused Gorzela “severe and substantial mental and emotional distress, humiliation, fear, apprehension, anxiety and anguish.” Salling had previously denied the claims, but now he has filed a countersuit, taking Gorzela to court for trespassing, assault and battery and demanding unspecified damages. He claims she broke into his home where she hit him on the chest, arms and face and caused “substantial” damage to his car. The pair will go to court to resolve the case. I’m sure we will have full details once the case is being hashed out. Watch this space.
