
Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel launches Bottomless Brunch
Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel is one of those places where Sydneysiders can feel like a tourist in their own city. With its postcard-perfect harbourside views, you can kick back and enjoy the scenery over a drink or a seafood platter down by the waterfront.
Well-known for its impressive waterfront dining and popular Beach Club with an expansive sun-soaked terrace, Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel has now launched its own Bottomless Brunch that is sure to be a hit this year.
Available every Friday and Saturday, the indulgent brunch menu focuses on Mediterranean-inspired share plates accompanied by two hours of free-flowing house wines and beers for $89 per person. For those seeking to elevate their experience, there’s an option to include Spritz cocktails to your brunch experience for $109 per person.
Served in the chic Sunset Room above the infamous Beach Club, guests can expect iconic waterside views and an Italian-influenced, shared-style menu featuring antipasti, seafood, and pasta. Some of the delectable starters include the creamy Burrata with caponata, a Salumi plate featuring prosciutto, Sopressa salami and Guindilla peppers and the outstanding Seared Scallops with roasted cauliflower and spinach – light, easy and super delicious!
For the mains, the Prawn Linguine is a standout and just bursting with flavour with cherry tomato, bottarga and chilli butter. The Roasted Chicken takes it up a notch in the flavour department complemented perfectly with chimichurri and served on a bed of rocket. Simply delectable! You even get Chips and Steamed Greens to go with it and the option to add Oysters or Sticky Date Pudding if you have room to fit it all in!
